A theatrical after-dinner drink built with Bacardi 151 rum, triple sec, KahlĂșa, and freshly brewed coffee, ignited briefly for caramelized aroma. With a sugar rim, and finished with whipped cream and nutmeg, it blends warmth and sweetness, with a dramatic presentation.

  • Build in Glass:
    • 1 oz Bacardi 151 Rum
    • 1 Splash Triple Sec

    Pour over the top of the other ingredients. Most of the time you do not stir the cocktails when floating the last ingredient, but there are exceptions.

    • 1 1/2 oz KahlĂșa
    • Freshly Brewed Coffee
  • Garnish:
    • Whipped Cream
    • Nutmeg
  • Notes:
    • After adding Bacardi 151 rum and a splash of Triple Sec, light it on fire and swirl it around to caramelize the sugar on the rim before adding the fresh coffee and KahlĂșa and gently stirring.
